About Mind Artistry
I founded Mind Artistry to offer a more personalized approach to health and wellness, blending hypnotherapy, counseling, and life coaching to meet your unique needs. My passion for this work stems from a deep-seated belief in addressing the root causes of issues rather than just their symptoms. Having witnessed the limitations of the Western medical system during my time as a nurse, I felt a strong desire to create a space where I could genuinely help people—not just to mend and send them on their way, but to prevent illness, injury, and trauma through comprehensive and individualized care.
Throughout my life, I’ve been deeply immersed in athletics—from skating and swimming as a child to running, rock climbing, and hiking as an adult. This lifelong passion for sports gives me a special insight into the physical and mental demands of peak performance. This background fuels my passion for helping other athletes pursue their goals and achieve peak performance through holistic therapy.
My commitment to continuous learning and research enriches my practice, allowing me to grow as a person, professional, and counselor. By sharing my journey and knowledge, I aim to support others in their quest for a more fulfilling and balanced life, providing the guidance and tools I once sought for myself.
Mind Artistry is a Safe Place
Mind Artistry is a safe space where all diversity is celebrated and everyone is valued for who they are, regardless of neurodiversity or gender identity. This is a safe space where all members of the LGBTQQIP2SA+ community are welcome, safe, respected, and fully embraced.
I prioritize understanding and accommodating the unique experiences and needs of each client, so therapy techniques are thoughtfully selected to foster a therapeutic journey that is truly individualized and empowering.
Welcome to Mind Artistry, I’m Erin McAllister, creator and owner of Mind Artistry. I have a passion for helping people achieve holistic well-being so they can live a healthy and fulfilling life. To do this I utilize my diverse educational background in nursing, psychology, religious studies, health sciences, addictions and mental health counselling and most recently counselling psychology.
Hello! I’m Erin, and I find joy in the simple pleasures of life. When I’m not immersed in the world of therapy or research, you’ll often find me enjoying the outdoors with my beloved dogs, Nova and Kali. As a mother of seven wonderful and talented children family is at the heart of everything I do.
